Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and can watch the livestream on YouTube.  Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. If attending in-person, the doors to the building will close at the designated start time of the meeting.  Anyone who arrives after that may not be able to access the building as the doors will be locked. 

The DDSB is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all Board and Standing Committee Meetings. All individuals attending in-person will be required to sign in and show photo identification for the purposes of verifying their identity. Individuals that do not wish to sign in may choose to participate in the meeting virtually through the livestream. All participants are expected to be respectful and not interrupt the meeting proceedings. In the interest of maintaining that, should there be any conflict between members of the audience or any meeting disruptions, people in attendance may be directed to leave the premises.
