Parenting a child through intense emotions or acting out behaviours can be difficult at times. This workshop is designed to help parents and other caregivers learn skills to better support and coach their children through their emotions and behaviours. Parents, guardians, and caregivers will be introduced to what is emotion coaching, why it matters, and the skills connected to emotion coaching. Families are welcome to come to the session with questions they may have as they begin to embark on the Kindergarten transition for September 2023!
